Experienced Baker

Crumbl Cookies is a rapidly expanding franchise with a mission to bring friends and family together over the world's best box of cookies. Our stores are designed to be welcoming and inviting, with an open kitchen where customers can watch their cookies being made.

We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker to join our team at Crumbl Boardman 224. As a Baker, you will be responsible for executing and understanding recipes, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Read and understand recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients and use mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorate and display finished product
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Take client information and ensure that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedule, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
• All Crumbl Crew Members must have a valid Level 2 Ohio Food Safety Certification to work in a Crumbl store
