About the Role

This PT nights position requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring timely and accurate treatment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time frame
  • Plan and implement individualized patient care plans based on identified needs and priorities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, making adjustments as needed
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Tennessee nursing license
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience working in a critical care environment (preference given to those with telemetry experience)

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $$80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package is competitive, and we offer opportunities for growth and advancement.
