We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Development Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a valued member of our community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay: $25 per hour, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match. You will be working as part of a dynamic team that provides home and community-based specialized healthcare services to individuals with diverse needs.

Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT PARTICIPANTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL GOALS
  • PROVIDE PERSONAL HYGIENE SUPPORT AND ASSIST WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES
  • DEVELOP REAL, MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE INDIVIDUALS YOU SERVE
  • EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF PSYCHOLOGY BY SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, AUTISM, MENTAL ILLNESS, AND BEHAVIORAL CHALLENGES
Requirements
  • EDUCATION: High School Diploma required
  • EXPERIENCE: No experience required
  • SKILLS: Communicate, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • BEBHAVIORS: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
