Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Services Program Manager to join our team in Mountlake Terrace, WA.

**Job Summary:**

The Behavior Services Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high-quality care for adults and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role requires a strong background in behavioral analysis and a passion for delivering exceptional support services.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans (PBSPs) tailored to each client's unique needs, working closely with the Behavior Support Director and other stakeholders.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to residential staff on clients' behavioral plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services and effective support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to licensing and Regional Center regulations, fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze behavioral data, producing regular reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, families, guardians, caseworkers, medical specialists, and direct staff, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment.

**Requirements:

  • Certifications and Qualifications: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification, minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in social work or related fields, and a valid driver's license.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

**Benefits:
