Bode is a distinguished multifamily development firm specializing in vertically integrated solutions. We offer comprehensive in-house services spanning design, construction, and property management. Our core mission centers on providing tailored multi-family housing solutions for the middle-income demographic.

We are currently managing approximately 1,100 units across diverse properties, actively engaged in the construction of four properties ranging from 80 to 135 units each, and navigating the permitting processes for seven developments with unit counts from 150 to over 300 each. Our goal is to achieve 25,000 units by 2030, driving toward a larger vision of sustainable growth.

This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment according to relevant codes and safety standards. The electrician will work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure electrical systems are integrated effectively into building plans.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, holding a valid electrician's license or certification required by local regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals is essential, along with strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.

A successful candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring manual labor and working in various conditions. Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship are also essential.
