Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Aurora, Colorado.

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of acute care experience and hold active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to individual patients and their families, including assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the care given. The RRT will also respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment
  • Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment
