Job Overview

The Compensation and Benefits Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per yearResponsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Coordinate and prepare payroll for all employees in compliance with state and federal wage and hour requirements and ASM Global policy.
  • Garnishments and Deductions: Process all wage garnishments, deductions, and payments for applicable employees.
  • Vacation and Sick Pay: Calculate and process vacation and sick pay for eligible employees.
  • Manual Checks: Prepare manual checks, maintain check logs, and post to ADP.
  • Journal Vouchers: Prepare and update payroll journal vouchers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. required; Accounting degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in ADP payroll processing.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Entry: Excellent data entry, basic accounting, and journal entry skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of payroll taxes, laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Teamwork: Ability to function both independently and as a team member.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to meet specific deadlines and successfully work under pressure with close attention to detail.
