Dedicated Administrative Assistant

Simplified Mine Instruments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience in administrative roles.
About the Job:This is a full-time remote position that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling email correspondence, and performing data entry tasks.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and Organize Schedules: Coordinate and manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for the team.
- Coordinate Meetings: Arrange meetings, prepare meeting agendas and notes, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Email Correspondence: Respond to inquiries, forward as necessary, and maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, document management, and file organization to support team projects.
- Research and Compile Information: Assist in research and compilation of information to support team projects and decision-making.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide exceptional support for ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and tech-savviness.
- Equipment: Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Slack.
- CRM Systems: Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
- Social Media: Familiarity with social media platforms for basic posting and updates.
- Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
