Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse in Transitional Care at Mother Joseph Care Center. This is a part-time position working night shifts.

About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, advocating for their needs and promoting their well-being. Our nursing staff are empowered by a shared governance model that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
  • Coordinate patient assessments, developing individualized care plans
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Washington State RN license upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • 3+ years of RN experience, preferably in sub-acute care, or previous charge nurse experience, or 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
