Key Responsibilities

Process multiple transactions with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency

Sell money orders and official checks

Maintain accurate records and balance teller cash

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

Strong customer service skills and previous teller experience a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Ability to work a variety of hours as assigned to meet the needs of the business

Physical Requirements

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags)
