**Job Overview**- Assume responsibility as the attending physician for residents residing at each facility
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute illnesses and chronic conditions, utilizing electronic health records and other medical tools.
Salary: $50,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on employment status and availability
Our flexible shift structure allows you to work independently, with minimal set hours. You will have the freedom to create your own schedule, working a minimum of 1-2 days per week at each facility.
