At Designquest LLC, we offer a unique opportunity for skilled machinists to join our team in a dynamic job shop environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced machinist to setup and manufacture parts to precise drawings and models using a variety of CNC machines and manual equipment.
The ideal candidate will have manual milling experience, manual lathe experience, and toolmaker experience, as well as proficiency in CNC programming using CAM software.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and manufacture parts to provided drawings and models
- Perform setups and select and maintain tooling
- Run parts to specified drawings and tolerances
- Perform all finish work to parts, including deburring, tumbling, cleaning, and engraving
- Inspect parts using various gages and/or CMM machine
Qualifications:
- Manual milling experience
- Manual lathe experience
- Toolmaker experience
- CNC Mill, Lathe, Router Setup and operation
- CNC Programming using CAM software
