{"Overview": "Gilbane Building Company is seeking an experienced Estimator II to join our team. As an Estimator II, you will be responsible for performing estimating on demolition drawings, ACM and Hazmat reports and drawings, and environmental remediation scopes of work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform estimating on demolition drawings, ACM and Hazmat reports and drawings, and environmental remediation scopes of work.
* Produce quantitative surveys and accurate pricing for comparison with change order proposal submitted by prime contractors.
* Obtain and present unit pricing data.
* Responsible for outlining changes, clarifications and qualifications within an estimate.
* Provide back up for estimates to be used during analysis, review, and negotiations.
* Identify indirect costs and General Condition items within estimate.
* Possess and apply knowledge of unit prices and the material/labor component of an estimate.
* Produce manpower estimates to coincide with unit pricing.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor in Engineering
* 3-5 years relevant experience
* Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary: Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For New York, New York, this ranges from $90,000 to $120,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
