Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating within a team that specializes in diverse tax areas, including income tax accounting, corporate taxation, federal incentives, individual tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, pass-through entity taxation, private client services, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Conducting tax planning and research activities.
  • Preparing federal and state/local tax returns.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and accounting standards.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Completion of 90 credit hours.
  • Pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Major in Accounting.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations, with reliable transportation arrangements.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
