Production Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and uphold comprehensive production schedules.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Track production progress and modify schedules as necessary to mitigate delays or challenges.
  • Engage with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Examine production data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Work closely with procurement to confirm material availability as required.
  • Generate and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Conduct time studies and perform calculations to provide accurate insights on production output.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing scheduling, planning, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
