Job OverviewAs an Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure takes into account the average salaries for similar roles in the industry and is based on national averages in the United States.
Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
