Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
