The Role:
This is a part-time position that requires a charismatic and knowledgeable individual to engage with patients, recommend products and services, and measure eyewear for optimal fit. You'll also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge and executing daily operational activities to support store goals.
- Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey
- Engage with patients and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
- Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continuous training and development
- Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals
