We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our comprehensive Rehabilitation Services team in a rural setting. As an SLP, you will evaluate, plan, treat, and implement care for patients in the areas of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing in accordance with professional standards of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) using established Clinical Practice Guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements:**

Master's degree from an accredited speech and language pathology program

Current registration/license to practice speech-language pathology in the state of practice

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license

Ability to work in a rural setting with a mix of adult/pediatric outpatient and hospital acute, swing bed, and home health patients
