Customer Contact Specialist

At Vantage Point Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Contact Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in educating customers on broadband services and discussing fiber placement and connection processes with residential homes and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route and determine fiber placement to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Review permits and ROW to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide professional communication and customer service to customers
  • Record and relay field records to our Outside Plant Department
  • Engage in in-person face-to-face interaction with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work in an outside environment, requiring the ability to sit for periods of time and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing, and walking in construction areas
  • Travel to various locations to perform job duties
Requirements:
  • Valid US Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills and ability to communicate subject matter details
  • Ability to understand and operate technology and applications such as Microsoft Office 360, Smartsheet, and various device applications
