Clinical Opportunities with CCS - Family Behavioral Health

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Mental Health Therapist to join our team at CCS - Family Behavioral Health. As a Mobile Crisis Response Clinician, you will provide innovative and flexible services to children and youth in crisis, working closely with families and hospital emergency department staff to ensure consistent and integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to children and youth in emergency departments, community settings, and family homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized crisis plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and youth.
  • Collaborate with families, hospital staff, and other community providers to ensure a seamless and effective response to crisis situations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation responsibilities and be available to respond to crisis situations 24/7.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice or Crisis Response strategies preferred.
  • Passion for helping families stay together.
  • Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth, and family members in services.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge, and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $78,000 - $87,691.50.
  • Collaborative supervision and training opportunities.
  • Additional pay for first responder, crisis team member differential, and licensure pay.
  • Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages, as needed.
  • Training and supervision in multiple clinical approaches and other areas.
