Job Summary:

Management Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Estate Administration Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trusts and estates law, with experience in legal document preparation, communication with clients, and research related to personal, trust, and estate law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal documents, including Federal and State tax returns (706, PA REV-1500, 1041, PA-41)
  • Conduct research and provide expert advice on trusts and estates law
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management

Requirements:
  • 4-year degree or paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years trusts and estates experience, including administration of complex estates and trusts
  • Experience with tax preparation software (knowledge of One Source and/or ProSystems Fx Tax a huge benefit)
