Position Overview:

The Sales Associate is a talented, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual who will contribute to the Johnny Was retail experience, providing exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a warm and inviting environment where clients feel welcomed, engaged, and valued.
  • Providing an elevated and VIP customer experience by offering personalized service, connecting with clients in a genuine and authentic way, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Building repeat business by executing client capture tools and strategies, including data capture, outreach, and follow-up.
  • Meeting customer issues with patience and a solution-oriented approach, prioritizing the highest good of the client.
  • Providing individualized and positive experiences for all customers, including great service, effective question-answering, and transaction processing.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of retail experience, preferably in women's contemporary fashion.
  • Computer skills, including operation of iPad-based point-of-sale systems and email.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation:

$18.00 to $ plus 2% commission.
