Salary and Benefits

$23.50 per hour, plus a $1000 retention bonus. Job Description

The Nursing Assistant Residential Program Coordinator (NA-RPC) plays a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care and programming plans for our clients. This position requires strong decision-making, communication, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of education or training in working with individuals with disabilities and/or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in residential services is preferred.
  • Must have good decision-making, communication, and time management skills.
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions without direct supervision.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care and programming plans for clients.
  2. Provide direct services to clients, including personal cares, health care, and meal preparation.
  3. Maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
  4. Supervise, train, and assist clients in all aspects of their lives.
