Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to resolve complex HR issues and provide guidance on employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the administration of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and recommending improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Mastery of HR principles, concepts, and practices, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
