About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Applications Solutions Architect to join our team at CAI. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers a unique blend of technical and leadership challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications for computer systems, as well as direct the development process from conception to completion.
  • Oversee the efforts of all associated technical staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
  • Perform advanced Dataverse administration tasks, including managing complex data models, workflows, and reports.
  • Create custom entities, fields, and relationships, as well as develop plugins and workflows using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform tools.
  • Analyze data stored in Dataverse to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Migrate data from other database sources (Oracle/SQL) and ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
  • Design comprehensive solutions using Dataverse, integrating it with other Microsoft Power Platform tools and applications.
  • Implement and manage security roles within Dataverse to ensure data protection and compliance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software as a Service (Saas) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
  • 6+ years of expertise in hands-on work with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform development.
  • 5+ years of experience migrating data to Dataverse from other database sources (Oracle/SQL).
  • 5+ years of expertise in Power Automated Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
  • 3+ years of expertise in analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
  • 3+ years of experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
