Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional patient care and support in an inpatient or outpatient setting. As a Medical Assistant, you will work closely with physicians and registered nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe and healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in collecting patient data and providing health education to patients and their families.
- Organize and prioritize patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Implement age-appropriate interventions and maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient teaching plans based on individual health education needs.
- Perform administrative support responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant Training and current Certification through a recognized national professional association.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
This role requires standing for prolonged periods and frequent bending, stooping, and traveling. You will be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious disease.
