About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Training Specialist to join our client's team on a full-time basis. This is a one day in the office hybrid position, allowing for flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a deep understanding of current best practices and trends in the field.\
\
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver customized DEI training programs for our clients
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and tailor training accordingly
- Stay up-to-date on current DEI trends and best practices
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals
- Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities
- Facilitate training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person and virtual
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they implement DEI initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion)
- Top Secret Clearance
- 3+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion training
- Strong understanding of DEI best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients
- Experience working with government agencies is a plus
- Certification in DEI training is preferred\
