Outside Sales Account Executive, Southeast

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, underwriting, and sales support, to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Manage sales pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers
- Educate customers on payment processing industry trends and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-source leads and work in a fast-paced environment
