CVICU Nurse

This CVICU RN will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team, utilizing a professional practice model. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs
• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members on various healthcare topics
