We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Highlands-Cashiers Hospital, located between the towns of Highlands and Cashiers. Our hospital offers 24/7 emergency care, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, and long-term care through Eckerd Living Center.

About the JobAs a Registered Nurse on our OR unit, you will be responsible for providing leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. You will also implement medically prescribed interventions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position
- Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
