Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Halifax, North Carolina. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical assessment skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR). You will work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patients' conditions, intervening as necessary.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply. You must have BLS and ACLS certification, as well as strong clinical assessment skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
