Job Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and function.
  2. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on self-management techniques.
  3. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with colleagues, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and achieve positive results.
  5. Assist with clinic operations, as needed, to meet guaranteed hours and contribute to a productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Connecticut.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits
