Job Summary: As a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will be part of the Front-End Service team, responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers have a positive experience upon entering and exiting the store.
  • Gather carts from the parking lot and move them to designated areas.
  • Operate equipment to transport carts efficiently.
  • Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front-End Service team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move carts and cleaning equipment.
