We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our food production team, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of freshly baked products.
Job Description- Food Production: Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts and other baked items, including breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
- Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
- Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing and hot, when appropriate.
- Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
- Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
- Follow the Bakery and Dessert Caf Production Guide.
- Be friendly and courteous to guests and assist them with baked goods.
- Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
- Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
- Follow local health department laws.
The estimated salary for this position is around $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
