Executive Director of Sales Operations

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate firm seeking an experienced Sales Operations Executive to drive our sales growth and revenue. Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations, including strategic planning, talent development, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company-wide revenue targets.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing team of sales professionals to maximize their productivity and performance.
- Leverage industry best practices and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or operations roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
