About the Role

The LVN/LPN provides direct, evidence-based care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized, comprehensive care consistent with the scope and standards of the specialty
  • Assisting with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed by the RN or physician
  • Performing lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice, after demonstrating competency
