Job Title: Behavior Therapist

About the Role

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team in California. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work with students in K-12 settings, providing behavioral support and implementing behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver behavioral support services to students in K-12 settings
  • Implement behavior plans to address student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week on-site at one of our partner schools. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and their families.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • A valid BCBA certification in California
