Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Parkland Health and Hospital System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, education, and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective patient education plans to promote self-management and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas.
  • Current certification in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
