Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 per annum, based on an annual salary structure. In addition to your base pay, you can enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Enjoy comprehensive health insurance plans for you and your family, with employee contributions starting at $30 bi-weekly for single coverage and $60 bi-weekly for family coverage.

Job Description

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population, including pediatrics and adults. With a focus on delivering compassionate and empathetic care, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address their physical, emotional, and social needs.

You will work in a walk-in-clinic setting where creativity and critical thinking are encouraged. Your expertise will be valued as you develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. You will also have opportunities to engage with our community outreach programs, contributing to the well-being of our patients and the broader community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in caring for a variety of patients, including pediatrics and adults.
  • BC (new graduates accepted) and DEA and BLS licensure.

Work Environment
