We are seeking a dynamic and talented Per Diem Receptionist to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals at West Oaks Hospital. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, answer incoming calls, and assist with various clerical duties and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner using a standardized greeting
  • Utilize the paging system to page staff and make announcements
  • Provide access to patients, visitors, and employees upon entry to the hospital, ensuring proper identification and documentation
  • Assist with clerical duties and projects as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; two years of college preferred
  • CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications
  • Prior experience as a receptionist desirable; computer knowledge and healthcare experience a plus
