About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience, preferably in a school setting. They must possess a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed in MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and educational goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and interventions to improve functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into students' educational programs.
Benefits and Compensation

This role offers highly competitive compensation, estimated at $42-$52 per hour, depending on experience. Comprehensive insurance and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, are also provided. Additionally, a W-2 classification with weekly pay and a matching 401(k) plan are offered.

Interview Process

A 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter is followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district. The offer is typically made within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
