Consumer Services Specialist

The Consumer Services Specialist will provide critical support to individuals with complex needs, working to stabilize their lives and ensure access to necessary services.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Provide comprehensive case management services to individuals with complex needs, developing and implementing individualized service plans to ensure stabilization and success.
- Advocacy: Offer advocacy services to consumers, families, and other stakeholders, providing education and support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
- Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between consumers, families, service providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of services and support.
- Program Development: Work collaboratively with consumers, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement programs that meet the unique needs of individuals with complex needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, funding, and billing records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Four years of experience in a related field, with a preference for experience serving individuals with complex needs.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
