We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our construction projects in New Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and address issues and problems that arise during construction.
  • Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure a safe and secure job site.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
