Enrollment Representative

We're seeking an Enrollment Representative - Pension Administration to join our team in Lexington, KY. This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The Enrollment Representative will be responsible for administering pension benefits, collecting data from participants, and answering questions via phone and email regarding pension plan provisions. They will also create correspondence, process monthly pension checks, calculate projections and contribution requirements, and perform analytical and research tasks.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, account payable, billing, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, or related areas, as well as 1+ years of customer service experience using the telephone and computer. Microsoft Excel skills are also required, including creating, editing, saving, sending, sorting, filtering, entering data, and using basic formulas.

Beyond technical skills, you'll need strong communication and mathematical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Experience working in a similar role, preferably with AS400 systems, Taft-Hartley administration, and ERISA-compliant benefit funds, is a plus.
