About the Job:

The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities. As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including cleaning equipment, windows, and stock rooms, as well as unloading delivery trucks and taking out the trash.

Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily
  • Maintaining outside grounds
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
  • Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
  • Take out and empty trash compactor
  • Change light bulbs
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
