Endoscopy Technician

Job Summary:

The Endoscopy Technician will perform patient care duties delegated by the RN related to patients' personal needs, comfort, and safety. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining supplies, instruments, and equipment related to endoscopic intervention.

Responsibilities:

* Scrubs and sets up for endoscopy procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the endoscopy team.
* Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments, and equipment related to endoscopic intervention.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
* Endoscopy Technician certification or minimum of one (1) year experience within the specialty area.
* Experience in Endoscopy, EGD, Colonoscopy and high-level disinfection with scopes
