Intensive Care Unit Nurse Wanted in New York

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse to join our team in New York. As an ICU nurse with Talent4Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and cases, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
About the RoleThis is a 12-week contract position, requiring 36 hours of work per week, with a 12-hour day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in an ICU setting and possess a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in critical care nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher
- Current RN licensure in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, with a strong focus on critical care principles and practices
- BLS and ACLS certifications, with a valid CPR certification
