About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at OakBend Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
  • Provide safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher
  • Observe and sit with patients who require constant supervision
  • Assist with vital signs and activities of daily living
  • Enter data into computer systems for care documentation
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an accredited facility
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
