Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Professional to support our client, a financial services firm based in Boston, MA. This interim position will involve providing administrative assistance to the CEO and Executive Suite, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and ad-hoc project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely reminders
  • Prepare meeting and presentation documents, with attention to detail and editing as needed
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, leveraging 3rd party support when required
  • Screen phone calls and walk-ins, providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with vendors for catering, invoices, and billing

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Previous experience working within professional services, preferably in a financial services environment

Desirable Skills:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, and QuickBooks
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly valued
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly to changing priorities
