Pharmacist - CMOP

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Pharmacist to join our team at Ansible Government Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical verification of prescription orders, assessing drug orders, and performing quality assurance functions.

• Verify prescription orders for legend, OTC, and controlled substances
• Assess drug orders and cross-match with medication presented at checking stations
• Pre-verify medications loaded into mechanical apparatus to dispense medications into prescription bottles
• Complete verification and fill of controlled substance orders, including Schedules III, IV, and V
• Perform Quality Assurance functions and supervision of Pharmacy Technicians
• Follow CMOP policies regarding documentation and reports to meet VA and TJC policy

• Licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
• Graduate of an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school or university
• Licensed for controlled substances, with qualifications to practice in any states
• Effective interpersonal communication skills with co-workers and staff
• Basic typing skills, PC computer skills, and working knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English, with ability to read, understand, speak, and write
